25 Apr 2026 — A landmark celebration at Second Ebenezer Church, Detroit. Legendary actor Mohanlal graced the stage alongside acclaimed musician Stephen Devassy, with captivating performances by Manoj K Jayan, Jyotsna Radhakrishnan, and Noby Marcose — a night the DMA community will never forget.

07 Mar 2026 — DMA's annual indoor sports tournament at SPARC Sports Arena, Novi. The community came together for a spirited day of competition across Badminton, Pickleball, and Table Tennis. Congratulations to all participants and winners for their outstanding sportsmanship!

09 Aug 2025 — DMA honored culinary expert Shri Pazhayidom Mohanan Namboothiri for this year's Onasadya. We served 1,200 guests a grand feast of 35 authentic Sadya dishes, followed by vibrant cultural performances from talented local artists.

03 May 2025 — The Shaan Rahman Show was a grand success. The auditorium, seating nearly a thousand, was filled to capacity. Shaan Rahman, along with Harishankar, Nithya Mammen, Mithun Jayaraj, Sayanora Philip, and Niranj Suresh captivated the crowd with popular Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi melodies.

05 Apr 2025 — Proudly sponsored by the Paingol Group, the DMA Sports event at Sparc Sports Arena in Novi featured exciting competitions in pickleball, table tennis, and badminton.

14 Dec 2024 — A joyful Christmas celebration full of dance, music, food and fun. Your presence and contributions made the event a remarkable success.

12 Oct 2024 — DMA's first annual Badminton and Pickleball tournament at Sparc Sports Arena in Novi. Congratulations to all winners and participants for their fantastic performances and sportsmanship!

14 Sep 2024 — Celebrated at Warren Consolidated Performing Arts Center. Traditional Onasadya on banana leaves for 600 guests, Maveli procession with film actress Lena as chief guest, thiruvathirakali, and a live music show by Masala Coffee.

22 Jun 2024 — Fun-filled day at Firefighters Park, Troy with activities for kids and adults — Naadan food, Naadan kalikal, face painting, chess, and lots of games.

09 Dec 2023 — Celebrated at St. Thomas Syro Malabar Church auditorium, Southfield. Annual General Body meeting followed by Naadan Carol, dance programs, comedy skit, fashion show, and Christmas dinner.

16 Sep 2023 — "Polika" at Henry Ford II Performing Arts Center, Sterling Heights. Onasadya with 23 items served on banana leaf followed by three and a half hours of continuous entertainment programs on stage.

15 Jul 2023 — "Best picnic in town!" at Firefighters Park, Troy. A fun-filled day with Naadan food, Naadan kalikal, face painting, chess, and lots of games for kids and adults.

01 Jul 2023 — DMA Community Outreach Event. DMA volunteers renovated a house in Detroit, focusing on painting, flooring, and other interior work.

19 May 2023 — High-On-Music live show featuring Vidhu Pratap, Jyotsna, Sachin Warrier, and Arya Dayal at Henry Ford II Performing Arts Center.

29 Apr 2023 — DMA and St. Thomas Syro Malabar Church organized a blood donation drive with the help of Versity Blood Center. Great participation from the community — thank you for your support for this noble cause!

17 Dec 2022 — Held at St Thomas Syro-Malabar Catholic Church Hall. A fun-filled evening with comedy-drama, Christmas theme program, group medley, songs, dances, Carol songs, Naadan Carol, and Christmas Dinner.

Oct 2022 — Participants learned how hardware and software work together using the micro:bit and Microsoft MakeCode editor. A hands-on educational event for budding technologists in the DMA community.

17 Sep 2022 — Onasadya and live music. HIGH ON MUSIC featured Harish Sivaramakrishnan, Sithara Krishankumar, and Job Kurian performing melodies from the 70s to today in Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi, plus Carnatic fusion by AGAM.

16 Jul 2022 — Firefighters Park, Troy. Barbeque specialties, naadan food, naadan kalikal, kids games, and much more! A great family afternoon for the whole DMA community.

DMA's community service initiative — collecting canned food for those in need. Thank you to everyone who contributed generously to support this cause.

DMA scholarships — helping high school seniors make college affordable. Recognizing students who demonstrate academic merit, active community involvement, or notable achievements in any field.

DMA Women's Forum celebrated International Women's Day with a session on Women Entrepreneurship by Theresa Schierloh and making blankets for less fortunate women and children, coordinated by Sholy Nair.

11 Dec 2021 — Celebrated at Santhome auditorium, Southfield. Highlight of the event was live music by Saya Band, along with Carol songs, dances, Christmas theme program, Nadan carol, drama, and a fabulous dinner.
