DMA members are also ready to help as much as they can, if they realize there is a need.   In addition to self initiated volunteer work, DMA members organize at least one major fund raising event where a portion of the fund is used for charity work.

Our support is not just limited to Kerala. We extended our financial help to a family in our community in Detroit, when the head of the family died in an accident.  We have always extended our financial support to local organizations like sports club, professional organizations and religious organizations.  If any organizations would like to partner with us on fund raising activities, please contact DMA treasurer.
